The promotion, having suffered a serious fire which caused the total collapse of the structure, order this project to demolish two industrial buildings and the reconstruction of the dividing walls affected by it.
The site, rectangular in shape, is located in an industrial area of slight slopes. Consisted of two building that were developing a single activity.
The morphology of the nearby are industrial buildings between party walls with shared structures and shared walls, some with small auxiliar constructions and frameworks for bridge cranes.
